Shipping Policy

 

Overview

This website is operated by We LOVE England Store. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to We LOVE England Store.

 

Shipping processing

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. This may increase during busy periods although we will endeavour to keep to any delays to a minimum.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

Shipping General

Where possible products will be sent via a tracked shipping method. We will endeavour to do everything in our power to ensure the goods arrive with you in a timely manner, although please accept that delays within the postal service or with carrier services are beyond our control.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping although certain products are only available in certain countries. Please check when ordering your product.

 

Damage

We Love England Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Import Duties / Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We Love England Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

Shipping to the EU

With the aftermath of Brexit, please accept that We Love England Ltd cannot be held liable or control any additional delays or charges incurred. We will always act in good faith and endeavour to provide an excellent service to our customers, but any delays or charges incurred by individual country borders are unfortunately outside our control.

Seasonal delivery

WLE uses the Royal Mail for delivery. In order to allow us to process and package your purchases we recommend you place your orders 2-3 days in advance of the below dates for your locality and in the case of Becky Bettesworth prints at least 5 days prior. Allow plenty of time for posting. Please post items and gifts for Christmas early, particularly for International deliveries. Ongoing Covid restrictions, reduced air and freight capacity, high volumes and winter weather conditions are all impacting transportation and local delivery across the globe.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@we-love-england.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
