All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. This may increase during busy periods although we will endeavour to keep to any delays to a minimum.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We will endeavour to do everything in our power to ensure the goods arrive with you in a timely manner, although please accept that delays within the postal service or with carrier services are beyond our control.

We offer international shipping although certain products are only available in certain countries. Please check when ordering your product.
We Love England Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
